Amungan is 215 km. from Manila, a 1-2 hour drive from Subic, and is just north of central Iba, capital of Zambales Province, on the National Road. Amungan is far enough from industrial areas to be free of air and water pollution; far enough from Mt. Pinatubo to be free of lahar (volcanic residue); and yet it is within a reasonable drive from Manila.



The fastest way to reach Iba from Metro Manila is to take the Northern Luzon Expressway(NLEX) to the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway(SCTEX). Then take the Subic Bay Freeport Expressway to connect with the National Road. Follow the signs to Iba. Past central Iba, turn left from the National Road just past the Amungan Plaza. There are several signs posted to guide you to the Ocean View Beach House.
