The one story house features a spacious living room, a dining room with an ocean view, two bedrooms, a kitchen with a stove top and refrigerator, and a bathroom with a hot water shower and Western style toilet. The furnishings are of traditional design. Ceiling fans provide cooling and the bedrooms are air conditioned. Outside are a separate bamboo shelter for shade, another shower for rinsing off the salt water after swimming, additional men's and women's bathrooms, and a barbecue.

The house is rented as a whole and not by the room, so your group can enjoy the exclusive use of the entire property. This is generally less expensive than renting several rooms or cabins at a resort, especially because you can bring in your own food and drinks. Central Iba (5 km. away) has a public market, a large SaveMore supermarket, and restaurants such as Chow King and Jollibee. We also offer the option of food preparation for our guests.
